Wildly Well was created from a deep belief that wellness should feel empowering, intuitive, and sustainable — not restrictive or overwhelming. Founded by Julia, RN and Nurse Practitioner student, Wildly Well blends clinical insight with holistic living to help women feel truly at home in their bodies.
Julia is a Certified Nutrition and Healthy Living Coach through Cornell University, currently expanding her expertise as she becomes certified in Pilates and Personal Training. Her passion for women’s health was born from her own journey — navigating PCOS, managing weight, and finding balance while working in high-stress healthcare environments. Through that experience, she discovered that wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about connection, nourishment, and daily alignment.
At Wildly Well, Julia helps women support hormone health, improve energy, and restore confidence through evidence-based nutrition, mindful movement, and lifestyle shifts that honor the body’s natural rhythm. Her mission is simple: to help you live wildly well, balanced, strong, and thriving from the inside out.
