Heres how its done 

  • Roast your bones for about 30 minutes on 400°F- till theyre golden and fragrant

  • Place your bones in your slowcooker or crockpot

  • Plop in your veggies and aromatics 

  • Simmer on low; for chicken 6-12 hrs; for beef, lamb, & pork 12-24 hrs

  • Strain the broth through a fine mesh, remove the bones and vegetables
